My captain invited me but I can't find the invite

Check your spam folder and make sure your captain used the right email or phone number. They can resend the invite from the roster.
Invites go to the email address or phone number your captain entered.
- Search your inbox (and spam or promotions folders) for Bantr.
- Check with your captain that they used the right email or phone number.
- Ask your captain to resend the invite from the team roster.
Still nothing after a resend? Contact support with your name and your team’s name and we’ll sort it out.
